		<description>I thought Youngsters are attracted to BPO's and outsourcing companies.Well its not .
In karnataka we have more students from rural and semi urban area .Maybe 10 times more than urban students .All the urban job seekers are attracted to BPO's and various outsourcing companies.And the rest of them have to dependent on 700 open positions in Government or some other industry ( Non IT and BPO ) .Also it reflects the apathy of the State Government and those companies which got benefits to setup facilities in Bangalore and elsewhere .I think the Locals need to be given preferance in Jobs .
I worked in Hyderabad for many years .I could find engineers studied in telugu medium( till matriculation )being recruited 
as software engineers/BPO's with out any issues.Over a period of time companies invested in improving their communication skills . I find the same opposite in Bangalore .If a hr manager in a company happens to be Mallu ,he goes to hire many mallus during his tenure .
Except for few companies started by Kannadigas like BFL , kshema and Sonata where large number of kannadigas were found . In any other company I could hardly find Kannadigas which was quite disturbing .
There is no harm in asking Murthy,Premji and others to provide jobs to kannadigas from some political leaders/Organizations.</description>
