Lakkireddy was doing Human trafficking in CA and much more ( as the story says ).
But do you know that people pray him and respect him a lot in Coastal Andhra belt ( Vijayawada and Vuyyuru region).he has done lots of philathropic work in that region .
However the real motive in unknown.
Why doesn’t that surprise me? neither the worshiping part nor even the philanthrophic part!
oh god, I was just browsing rental listings in Berkeley and guess who the contact person is for one of the apartments I shortlisted: one P. Lakireddy. That one is going right out of the list..
well, one can only hope that other slumlords in Berkeley are more civilized and don’t have such a shady past or present
